The Quran emphasizes the importance of social justice by advocating for the fair distribution of wealth, the protection of individual rights, and the elimination of exploitation. Through institutions such as Zakat (almsgiving) and Savanah (charity), the Quran provides mechanisms to reduce inequality and promote solidarity within society. The paper also examines the Quran’s teachings related to environmental conservation, an issue that has become critical in the modern era due to climate change and resource depletion. The Quran encourages the responsible use of natural resources, urging mankind to act as stewards of the Earth. It emphasizes the importance of preserving the environment for future generations and provides principles for sustainable living, including the prohibition of wastefulness and the encouragement of moderation in the use of resources.
