The integration of Islamic ethical principles into contemporary business practices has emerged as a critical area of scholarly and practical interest in the 21st century. Islamic ethics, grounded in the Qur’an, Sunna, and Sharia jurisprudence, emphasize justice, honesty, social responsibility, and fairness in all economic transactions. In modern business environments, where globalization, technological advancements, and complex financial instruments dominate, aligning corporate conduct with Islamic moral frameworks provides not only compliance with religious imperatives but also contributes to sustainable and socially responsible business practices. This paper explores the theoretical underpinnings of Islamic business ethics, examines its practical implications in modern corporate governance, and evaluates case studies of organizations that have successfully embedded these ethical principles into their operational strategies. By highlighting the alignment of profit-making objectives with ethical and social responsibility imperatives, this study argues that Islamic ethics can serve as a robust framework for fostering integrity, trust, and stakeholder confidence in contemporary business settings. The findings underscore the potential for Islamic ethical guidelines to influence corporate decision-making, mitigate unethical practices, and promote long-term sustainable growth in diverse business contexts.
