Abstract

This paper presents an analytical study of human rights in the light of Habit, highlighting the divine guidance provided by the Prophet Muhammad for the dignity, justice, and equality of humankind. The Habit literature is not only a source of moral and spiritual inspiration but also provides a comprehensive framework for the safeguarding of rights, addressing every aspect of human life including personal, social, political, and economic dimensions. The Prophet’s teachings emphasize the sanctity of human life, the importance of justice, the dignity of labor, women’s rights, minority protections, and the establishment of a just society. This study elaborates on how Habit bridges the gap between theory and practice, ensuring that human rights are not merely theoretical constructs but living principles guiding daily interactions. By drawing from a wide range of Habit, this paper demonstrates that Islam guarantees fundamental freedoms and rights centuries before modern declarations of human rights, offering a timeless and universal approach relevant to contemporary global challenges.
